Product Owner

UM Portal: setting up of a new web portal for Accueil & Service Desk super users allowing them to Create/Search for a user (internal & External) in IDP and CRM Database, Grant/Revoke permissions, View permissions and generate Exports

IDP: identity provider based on Identity Server product from WSO2 is the system for authentication management across all applications requiring access to the API. It relies on the Oauth2 protocol.

RM: the central system of authorization management for the new applications and APIS, it cover the Authorization provisioning and requests, the Synchronization with the information System to manage trees and hierarchies of resources and the authorization check at run-time.

Proxy Product Owner

INGED: implementation of a new API for its publisher partners (Universal, Sony) for ingesting documentation to more efficiently collect and distribute the rights to its musical and audiovisual works.

CWR: implementation of a new API that allows for automatic creation and updating of a work in OCTAV with quality documentation in the Common Works Registration (CWR) format, allowing the client and members of SACEM to reliably and quickly track the status and ownership of their works.

The MAAS (Mobility As A Service) project aims to create an information, usage, and payment platform by aggregating partner APIs from SNCF and integrating several mobility partners such as Uber, Karhoo, Bus Direct, Blablalines, Karos, OPnGO, and Airweb. The goal is to make all mobility options accessible via a single interface.

This platform provides a service that allows a third-party application to register a user with a credit card and provide end-to-end access to mobility partners without redirection. It also offers customer relationship interfaces to track accounts and orders.

Consultant for MOA and testing of desktop and mobile applications

Contributed to the development of the Côté Pro mobile application. Its goal was to meet the mobility needs of professional clients already active on desktop, whether they are "nomadic" or "sedentary". The application provides access to a wide range of products and services, including an online store, shipping management, payment and orders, private messaging, location finder, and web callback

Contributed to the development of the Youpix mobile application, which allows users to create and customize postcards and stamps using their vacation photos or available backgrounds and stickers.

Led a complete overhaul of the customer claims forms, making their input more intuitive and dynamic. This facilitated the customer service team's ability to process claims and enabled the centralized storage of claims on the SCORE platform.
